NoPattern & Altoids - A Happy Ending (…and a new beginning?)

I love getting emails. You never know what’s going to pop up. Could be spam. Could be a note from a friend or loved one. Could be an email from someone at the corporate level of a company you’ve been nagging at with drawings on their products for the last 48 hours. Who knows! It’s always a new mystery.

So that’s what just happened. I received an email from a very kind woman at Wrigley’s, who happen to own Altoids, letting me know they were aware of the situation and that in fact this whole mess could have been avoided had I just posted on their Facebook wall from my personal page, not the NoPattern brand page. Whoops. Oh well, made for a nice story.

Anyways, they liked the drawings and everything and in fact want to send me free product, which rules, because I like Altoids and what was the point of me doing all this in the first place if I wasn’t going to get their attention and, at the very least, get hooked up? Now come the next steps - getting them interested enough to turn this into a real actual collaboration & project. Stay tuned…
